POMStrap description:
The POMStrap application was designed to be a little opensource program bootstrap working with Maven 2 project files (pom) intented to avoid the Java library dependency/version headache. The more use of open-source Java components, the more we have to deal with the classical problem of dependency conflict.
POMStrap is not handling dependencies exactly the same way maven 2 exec plugin does. POMStrap has better hierarchical confinement and smaller footprint.
